E-Mail or Snail-Mail?

Which of these do you use to win new business? Some people use email, others prefer sending a printed document through the post; be it a special offer, newsletter, open house invitation etc. The reality is that using both email and the traditional postal service together will achieve better results than either one alone.

Results can be further boosted by employing telemarketing where the prospect is first called by telephone to verify their details (address, position, email address etc). To achieve the best results it is very important that this first step is carried out by experienced telemarketing professionals; otherwise the prospect will have the ideal opportunity to ask for his name to be removed from your list.

Once the address details have been verified an email confirmation and offer letter/document is sent. Two or three days later a printed version of the same letter or offer is also sent and then followed up on the telephone by the telemarketing professional.

Having an ‘opt-in’ email system allows you to explain to your prospect that you will only be sending details that are useful, informative or company offers, but most importantly the prospect is free to unsubscribe at any time by simply clicking on a link in the email.

virtualCONTACT makes this whole process unbelievably simple and what’s more, we can configure a system to suit any budget.
